Thank you for your interest in the GBTI Developers Community. As a private membership-based community, we strive to provide our members with the best possible service and support.
Please be advised that access to the GBTI Developers Community is non-refundable once granted. Upon successful enrollment, you will receive invitations to all of our private repositories on GitHub and an auto-generated invite link to our private Discord community that is good for one use. These invites are sent via an automated process and will expire after 7 days.
In the event that you encounter an issue and the invitation link expires before it can be accepted, please reach out to us at
firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We will respond to your message within 48 hours to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Please note that support is not included in your membership to the GBTI Developers Community. Your subscription only covers access to the following resources:
- Private repository access while your subscription is active
- Access to our private Discord community while your subscription is active
While support is not included, we do provide limited assistance through helpful documentation available in our asset README.MD files. Additionally, members are welcome to request assistance within our private Discord community, where members of the community may offer guidance. For further information about outsourcing support, please refer to the FAQ sections below.
The GBTI Developers Community does offer supplementary development support through third-party outsourcing platforms, where you can receive free estimates for setup and enhancements. The cost of labor ranges between $80 and $120 per hour. For more information on how to receive free estimates and start the process, please refer to the FAQ section within our Discord community.
The GBTI Developers Community operates on a self-serve model, where members are encouraged to take initiative in leveraging and enhancing community assets. Assets that have been published may or may not be subject to improvement, and members are welcome to collaborate and make suggestions for improvement. While these requests will be considered, it is important to note that the implementation of updates, additions, and enhancements is not guaranteed. The community operates on a collaborative and self-driven model, where members are empowered to take ownership of the resources available to them.
